Liz Willingham (née Lean) DL Chart.PR FCIPR
Founder & Managing Director
A graduate of the UK’s first PR degree, Liz has a powerful combination of 25 years of industry expertise, phenomenal levels of energy and an uncanny ability to network and influence the media and key stakeholders.
Liz holds Chart.PR accreditation with the Chartered Institute of Public Relations, showcasing the agency’s ongoing commitment to excellence and lifelong learning.
Alongside growing the agency and managing the highest level client accounts, Liz also assumes several Non-Executive Director roles, including the British Chambers of Commerce.

Belinda Rastall (Chart.PR)
Senior Business & Account Director
Since beginning her PR career in 2005, Belinda has created success for many high-profile clients such as LEGO, gaining a reputation for exceptional results.
Belinda joined LLPR in 2019 after working at national PR agencies in Birmingham, Northamptonshire & Gloucestershire, and in-house PR for global real estate firm Savills.
Belinda provides strategic direction and creative vision across the client portfolio, and leads on team development. She holds Chartered status with the CIPR, demonstrating the highest standards of ethics and professionalism.

Leila Willingham (Chart.PR)
Associate Business & Account Director
Leila’s deep-rooted understanding of the agency and its values comes from joining the family business after A-Levels, developing her skills through practical experience and formal training, including the attainment of the CIPR’s Professional PR Diploma.
Leila is responsible for managing a variety of client accounts and supporting the leadership team on matters such as company vision, culture, forward planning and new business.

Lucy Pearce (Chart.PR)
Senior Account Manager
Lucy is an experienced PR Account Manager who has worked in the industry for 9 years, across a broad spectrum of B2C and B2B clients.
Over the years, Lucy has managed multiple busy press office accounts and led various PR campaigns to success, delivering strong, meaningful results for her clients. Her work across nationally acclaimed brands, including Unilever and Aldi, has allowed her to develop strong relationships with an extensive list of consumer and trade media contacts.
As a Chartered PR professional, Lucy draws on her diverse experience to give clients well-informed advice and counsel.

Shona Byrne
Senior Account Manager
Shona joined LLPR in 2015, having completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism and a fashion PR internship.
She manages clients across multiple sectors, including hospitality, retail and education.
Through extensive issues & crisis management, Shona has also built an impressive ‘black book’ of national & regional press contacts.

Carol Middleton
Account Manager
Carol came to LLPR in 2002 from Dixons Group press office.
She has managed a portfolio of clients for LLPR, serving B2B and B2C across a range of sectors including hotel and catering, leisure, marine, motoring, hair and beauty, professional services, retail, not-for-profit, sports and tourism.

Sam Bird
Account Manager
Sam initially joined LLPR as an apprentice in September 2021, after completing an English degree with Bournemouth University.
After spending some time in South America, Sam returned to LLPR, progressing into a Junior Account Manager role and more recently being promoted to Account Manager.
Sam has experience in the planning and delivery of several PR campaigns across a wide variety of sectors including hospitality, fashion, retail, and construction to name a few.

Amy Squires
Senior Account Executive
Amy graduated from Bournemouth University with a Marketing degree in 2018, and has since worked with a variety of local and national clients in social media and business development roles.
She joined LLPR as an Account Executive in Spring 2023, to learn and grow in the world of PR and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

Tom Brown
PR Assistant
Tom originally joined LLPR in 2022, spending a year with us supporting across various client accounts and influencer engagement.
After returning to university to complete his degree, Tom returned to Team LLPR in 2025 in the capacity of PR Assistant.

Ian Murray
Senior Adviser
Ian worked at the Southern Daily Echo for 19 years, finishing as Editor-in-Chief before he left in 2017 He is the former Executive Director of the Society of Editors and is Vice-Chair of the UK’s Defence and Security Media Advisor Committee.
Ian brings significant local and regional media experience and expertise to the LLPR team, and advises clients and the wider team on the media landscape in Hampshire and Dorset.

Julian Isaacson
Senior Adviser (F IDM)
Julian has over 30 years of experience in in strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, public consultation, public affairs, PR, marketing and public policy.
He is a Fellow of the Institute of Direct and Digital Marketing and was instrumental in pioneering digital techniques in public consultation, as the founder and Managing Director of the UK’s largest independent Stakeholder Engagement agency.

Andy Martin
Senior Adviser
Andy is the former Editor and now Associate Editor of The Bournemouth Echo. He provides clients with strategic advice on media and stakeholder engagement.
He has been involved in training journalists for Newsquest and the National Council for the Training of Journalists, is a lecturer at Bournemouth University, and a councillor on Highcliffe and Walkford Neighbourhood Council.
