Excellare light the night skies at Poole Harbour Boat Show

Property developer, Excellare, is proud to sponsor Poole Harbour Commissioner (PHC) Poole Harbour Boat Show’s fireworks extravaganza at 10pm on Saturday May 9, the eve of its inaugural opening weekend (Saturday May 9 to Sunday May 10).

The free public event will take place on Poole Quay and at PHC’s award-winning marina Poole Quay Boat Haven. It will incorporate a variety of marine-related businesses, family focused entertainment and other elements associated with a regional boat show.

Thousands of people are expected to line the streets of the Quay over the weekend of the first Poole Harbour Boat Show. Visitors to the show can expect to see tall ships Pelican and Stavros Niarchos beside the Quay, alongside a visit on Sunday by Olympic medallist Helena Lucas, recently selected for the Rio 2016 team GB Olympic squad.

Nicholas Blakemore, director at Excellare, said: “We’re thrilled to be a part of such a brilliant event. Poole’s status as a maritime hub is obvious by its selection as the venue for European Maritime Day in 2017. Poole Harbour Boat Show further reinforces the importance of Poole as an internationally renowned maritime destination, which we are very excited to be a part of.”

PHC chief executive Jim Stewart added: “Excellare’s sponsorship of the fireworks on Saturday evening has enabled us to put on a fantastic demonstration which will illuminate the skies above Poole Quay. Sponsorship is key to the success of the event, and we feel privileged that Excellare have decided to take part.”

Three is the magic number

High-end property company Excellare has appointed PR and marketing consultancy Liz Lean PR (LLPR), and family owned property agents Tailor Made to promote and market its new ‘Luscombe’ development.

Located in one of the most exclusive addresses in Britain, Excellare is currently constructing three luxury detached four bedroom homes in Poole. Set in 3.5 acres of woodland, the Luscombe site boasts breath taking views across Poole Harbour.

Nestled against the backdrop of the Luscombe Valley Nature Reserve, Luscombe complements its beautiful surroundings by seamlessly blending indoor and outside space to offer an unparalleled living experience.

LLPR has been appointed to help establish Excellare as the developer of choice for the region, who have a passion for building high quality homes. LLPR will work alongside property agents Tailor Made to market the three properties.

Nicholas Blakemore, director of Excellare, comments: “When we develop a site, we work to enhance the natural environment which surrounds it, so we were drawn to the Poole area because of its stunning natural assets – the sand, sea and rugged coastline. When Tailor Made contacted us about Luscombe we couldn’t believe it; the site was exactly what we had been looking for. Three plus acres, close to 10 miles of golden sandy beaches, and hidden away between the nature reserve, Parkstone golf course and Poole Harbour.

“We’re a small company that wanted to work alongside likeminded people that will take care to represent our brand as we do. We feel we’ve found great partners in both Liz Lean PR and Tailor Made, who are both working as an extension of our own team.”

Founded in 2012, Excellare was created by duo Nicholas Blakemore and Robin Lomas. Both Nicholas and Robin have extensive experience in property, working in the industry for more than 30 years.

Excellare is also working with award-winning architect David James on Luscombe, to combine pioneering engineering and contemporary design, with an outstanding quality of fit and finish. High tech specifications have been incorporated into the designs for ease of living, and green credentials to reduce property running costs.
