Topps Tiles at Tower Retail Park, Poole, has successfully completed its store refurbishment to implement a new state-of-the-art retail concept.
The tile and wood flooring specialist on Yarrow Road has upgraded its facilities to ensure the highest level of service is provided to customers.
The new design brings a fresh, updated look and creates a bright space for Topps Tiles to display their range of products.
The new format outlet, which took seven weeks to transform, boasts an Inspiration Station, where customers can create a mood board to find floor and wall solutions for their home on the ‘Tile Visualiser’, which creates an online mock-up of their room.
Store manager, Brendan Flynn, said: “Our new concept store demonstrates our continued strategy to get customers more engaged and involved in creating an exciting home, using our products and services. Topps Tiles continually reviews its facilities to ensure it provides the highest level of service, and we believed the time was right to upgrade the Tower Retail Park store.
“We have received excellent feedback from our customers and since the refurbishment we have been notably busier. We look forward to welcoming people to our new-look store.”
