Popular restaurant, bar and event caterers Patrick’s, based in Ashley Cross, Poole, has appointed a new manager to join its expanding team.
Holly Palmer joined Patrick’s earlier this year, but has known owner, Patrick Michael, since 2010. Holly previously worked for a prestigious local golf course, looking after the day-to-day running, and has more than eight years of experience in the hospitality industry.
As part of her new role, Holly will be looking after the event catering side of the business, managing events, and conducting the general day-to-day running including managing the restaurant.
Patrick Michael comments: “We’re pleased to welcome Holly to Patrick’s. We have done some ad hoc work with her in the past, so it’s great to have her on board as a fully-fledged team member. Holly brings a wealth of enthusiasm, and experience in the hospitality sector, which will be a benefit to both our staff and customers.”
Holly said: “With so many exciting new events and developments happening within the business, I’m so happy to be working alongside the Patrick’s team, as well as helping to expand the event catering side of the business.”
Aside from her duties at work, Holly is a keen netballer, and works with a colleague to manage both the Patrick’s first and second teams, ‘Patrick’s’ and ‘Patrix’, who are set to play in Division seven next season.
