Hotel and Catering Show 2010 now on at the Bournemouth International Centre
Top chef, Brian Turner at the 2010 Hotel & Catering Show
Carol and Lisa are working at the Hotel and Catering Show today and tomorrow, heading the press office at the Bournemouth International Centre.
With attendance already 10% up on last year, it’s busy and buzzing. We think the key features of this year’s Show are the UK’s largest culinary competition, the Wessex Salon Culinaire, and the prestigious WorldSkills Cooking, Confectioner/Pastry Chef and Restaurant Services competitions.
We’re a little star struck as there are culinary demonstrations provided by top chefs including Brian Turner OBE, Cyrus Todiwala MBE DL and Mitch Tonks.
