Clothing brand Weird Fish is celebrating after winning the award for ‘Best Multichannel Retailer Under £25m Turnover’ at the Drapers Digital Festival 2017.
Acknowledging the best of the best in digital across fashion businesses in the UK and Ireland, Drapers is the most respected industry awards. Weird Fish was up against ZOOT, Seraphine, Mish and Kwaleö for the award.
John Stockton, managing director at Weird Fish, said: “We are so excited to have won this award which acknowledges our effective use of different channels across the business. We have put a lot of work into our website and other online portals to ensure we continue to deliver a seamless online customer experience.
The team work hard to monitor the ease of website use, delivery time, product information and returns policy. We’re indebted to the judges for choosing us to win this prestigious national award.”
Drapers Digital Awards’ judges commented on Weird Fish’s award win, saying: “This simple and effective site is appealing to its customers, resulting in its great NPS score and its Drapers Digital Awards win.”
The awards ceremony took place on Tuesday April 25 at London’s Hilton Bankside Hotel. This is the clothing brand’s second digital nomination, fourth time shortlisted in the awards overall and first national win.
