Weird Fish, the South-West based clothing company, has announced its winter 2017 womenswear and menswear collection.

The collection consists of key autumn/winter pieces which echo Weird Fish’s ethos of producing relaxed, comfortable and easy-to-wear clothing. The range includes cosy knitwear accessories, dresses and jumpers for women, and functional yet stylish jumpers, jackets and shirts for men.

The Kara Fair Isle jumper for women is available to buy for £45. Made using a clever mix of contemporary fibres to ensure the classic homespun look remains, the Kara jumper boasts an itch-free guarantee. The item comes in three different eye-catching colours: Blue Jay, Pumpkin and Porridge.

The Sebah Fair Isle Knitted Dress (£50) features the same classic Fair Isle knit as the Kara Jumper and uses the same materials to allow easy all-day wear. Available in colours Blue Jay and Coal, both are sure to add a pop of colour to your winter wardrobe.

Perfect for the unpredictable showers, the Amorite Print Lined Showerproof Parka Jacket is available to buy in a vibrant clementine colour, for £85. The item is lined with an abstract floral print in the hood, lower body panel and cuff trims. The draw cord at the waistline and hem line means that the fit can be custom to each person.

For men, the Moonshine Brushed Cotton Shirt priced at £38 is sure to be a hit this season, due to its heavier weight and durability. The shirt can easily be worn with Matrix Jeans (£50) and a Weird Fish graphic T-Shirt for more casual look. The brushed cotton fabric is unmistakably soft and wonderfully warm making it perfect for this time of year.

Another seasonal favourite is set to be the Brayden 1/4 Zip Knitted Jumper in Grey Marl (£55) which will provide a warmer option for the colder temperatures without having to compromise on style. For added protection against the elements, the Thunderchief Waxed Look Padded Jacket (£120) can be teamed with the Brayden Jumper. Back this season with two new colours, Shale and Blueberry, the Thunderchief is certain to remain a best-selling item for men this winter.

John Stockton, managing director at Weird Fish, said: “Each year we create practical options for those who don’t wish to compromise on style. All of the new additions for the ever-changing weather have been designed to give that forever weekend feeling.’’

Weird Fish clothing is available to buy nationally from Weird Fish retail stores and online 14 branded stores and stockists include Debenhams, Cotswold Outdoor and Blacks Leisure.
