Weird Fish is celebrating being shortlisted for the Best Multichannel Retailer under £25m turnover category in the Drapers Digital Festival Awards 2018.
The Drapers Digital Festival is the world’s largest gathering of fashion ecommerce and digital professionals, recognising the fashion businesses that are leading the way with their digital strategies. The highly-respected industry awards will attract over 700 attendees to learn, celebrate, innovate and shape the future. Weird Fish is up against Lakeland Leather, Chi Chi London, Mish Retail, Playful Promises, Sargossa and Seraphine for the award.
This is Weird Fish’s third year of being nominated for the Drapers Awards and follows a successful win in this category at the 2017 Awards. Weird Fish will be judged on proven multichannel integration, user experience and understanding of customer data, great website design, strength of customer service, and strength of driven marketing, social media and content plans.
John Stockton, managing director at Weird Fish, said: “We are extremely proud to be shortlisted for the Best Multichannel Retailer under £25m turnover category. The nomination from Drapers has delighted us, and to be shortlisted again after winning this category last year is such an achievement.
“It’s been a remarkable few years for the brand and this type of recognition encourages us to go all-out on and keep improving. We look forward to hearing the winners announced in April.”
Keely Stocker, Drapers’ editor, said: “Congratulations to Weird Fish and the other Drapers Digital Festival 2018 finalists! To be recognised as a finalist is testament to the work that has been put in to make the business top-performing and innovative. We’re very much looking forward to discovering who the 2018 winners are.”
The winners will be announced at an awards ceremony on Thursday April 26 at The Brewery in London.
