With the festive season just around the corner, clothing brand Weird Fish is promising its customers an easier and seamless Christmas shopping experience, with the introduction of new services – including faster ways to pay for gifts, an extended returns policy and longer customer service hours.

Delivering to 249 locations and boasting a 98 per cent customer satisfaction rate, Weird Fish offers UK customers free delivery on orders over £25. Customers will also be entitled to free returns and exchanges, and the returns policy for online purchases has now been extended from 21 days to 90.

Orders placed through the Weird Fish website will be given an estimated delivery date and include Royal Mail tracking for customers’ convenience.

The company has also introduced a gift option, whereby prices are removed from the delivery note, and packages are sent incognito in a plain packaged bag, to avoid the chance of ruining that surprise.

To make the checkout process even easier, Weird Fish is offering some new ways to pay. On top of the secure card payment option, customers can checkout using PayPal Express or Amazon Payments, enabling them to enter their details once only and use the simple one click option.

Weird Fish has also extended its customer service hours to 8am until 10pm seven days a week, helping those last-minute Christmas shoppers. The company boasts 12 branded stores and more than 400 stockists, including Debenhams, Cotswold Outdoor, Haskins and Blacks Leisure.
