The Green Room is playing cupid by offering guests who pop the question over Valentine’s dinner a gift towards their wedding package booked at the Green House Hotel.
The Green Room restaurant, based in the Green House Hotel, will give the betrothed couples a case of champagne to toast their happy nuptials.
General manager, Olivia O’Sullivan, explains: “February is the most romantic month of the year, so we wanted to give our guests a wedding present to help make their special day a little more special.”
Head chef Andy Hilton has crafted a six-course, Valentine tasting menu of seafood and poached chicken oysters to woo guests. For a touch of Dutch courage, diners can order a flight of wines to accompany the meal which is perfectly paired to the menu.
Olivia O’Sullivan said: “The luxurious surroundings of the Green Room restaurant will make the perfect backdrop to set the scene for romance.
