Bournemouth-based The Drewitt Group, a family-run firm in the construction industry, has added two brand new Peugeot Partner vans to its fleet bringing the total to 15.
The vehicles will be used by the firm’s electrical services company Drewlec, which has been providing general electrical services to commercial clients in the south west for 50 years.
The Peugeot Partner vans were chosen due to their capacity to store ladders and other large items with a longer-than-average wheel base, a folding front passenger seat allows up to three metres internal storage space.
Richard Drewitt, managing director at The Drewitt Group, said: “The service received from Westover was second to none and I would highly recommend the dealership. Important factors to me when considering a fleet for the business was that all employees were driving smart, safe and economical cars when attending jobs in order to represent the The Drewitt brand appropriately.”
Carl Jones, corporate sales specialist at The Westover Group, said: “Drewitts has made a fantastic choice in choosing the Peugeot Partners to add to its already impressive fleet of vehicles. The 1.6 diesel model they have chosen combines an 850kg payload with a very economical engine, so it delivers on every level for businesses. It’s practical on site but it is also beneficial to the bottom line.
“Peugeot’s commercial vehicles have had their strongest ever year and it’s a direct reflection of the fact that their business offering is getting stronger and stronger. Their support levels and price points are right and businesses are starting to reap the rewards.”
