As part of an on-going strategy to deliver an excellent customer service, local funeral director, Tapper Funeral Service, has increased its team at its Ringwood branch with the appointment of Nicola Ware as a part-time funeral assistant and receptionist.
Prior to joining the funeral industry, Nicola worked at Stewart’s garden centre for almost three years. In her new role, Nicola will report directly to the funeral director, Linda Turner, and will be responsible for assisting Linda in the process of funeral arrangements, greeting guests and organising meetings.
Nicola said: “The opportunity arose to work for Tapper Funeral Service came at a time when I wanted more of a challenge in my job. My family have been hugely supportive in my decision to change careers. It’s great to once again be working for a family-run business and the Ringwood office has a lovely community atmosphere.”
