Superior, a leading manufacturer based in Dorset, is entering a 10-strong team into Tough Mudder to raise funds for Julia’s House on Saturday August 20.
The Tough Mudder South West challenge takes place in Cirencester Park, Gloucestershire, taking participants through a combination of large grassy hills, dense dark forests and quicksand-like mud.
Superior continues to support Julia’s House, a hospice dedicated to helping life-limited children and their families. Last month, the company donated £1,120 to Julia’s House following the Hospice to Hospice Cycle.
Heather Marchment, supply chain manager at Superior, said: “Tough Mudder is an adrenaline junkie’s playground. Covering a total of 12 miles and with over 20 obstacles, it’s not for the faint-hearted.
“At Superior, we’re always keen to take on new challenges that push us beyond our boundaries. This is the first year we’ve taken part and we’ve all been training hard for the challenge, in order to raise valuable funds for Julia’s House.”
