Dorset and Somerset solicitors firm Humphries Kirk has bolstered its family law team by welcoming a new solicitor with more than a decade of legal experience.
Emma Benyon-Tinker recently joined the Humphries Kirk office in Market Street, Crewkerne, to undertake all aspects of family law including divorce, mediation, and cohabitee disputes.
Since qualifying as a solicitor in 2001, Emma has developed her expertise by working with a Devon law firm and has become an ‘Accredited Specialist Member of Resolution’ focusing on child disputes, complex financial and property matters and domestic abuse.
Emma commented: “I am delighted to join the family law team at the Humphries Kirk Crewkerne office. People from all walks of life come to me with varying legal issues and I am dedicated to helping local people find the best solutions to their legal issues so that they can get back to their normal lifestyle as quickly as possible.”
