Abbi Wheeler, sales administrator at Breeze Volkswagen in Poole has set her sights sky high by signing up with Julia’s House to raise funds for the children’s charity.
Abbi, 24, from Corfe Mullen is set to sky drive from 13,000ft on Saturday, June 3 at Army Parachute Association Airfield, Salisbury, with the hopes of raising £400 for Julia’s House which provides care to families across Dorset and Wiltshire.
She said: “By taking on this challenge I’m hoping to raise as many funds as possible for Julia’s House. I’ve known parents of children who have been supported at the hospice and I think it is a wonderful charity.
She added: “I literally jumped at the challenge of skydiving, it’s something I’ve never done and I’m really excited about it.”
