-Breeze Volkswagen adds recruit to service department-
As part of an on-going strategy to develop the service provided to the local car market, Tower Park-based motor dealership, Breeze Volkswagen, has increased its service reception team to six with the appointment of Rachael Lonergan as service advisor.
Reporting directly to the aftersales and development manager, Alan Brooks, Rachael joins with more than three years’ sales experience.
Her main responsibilities include raising awareness of the services available at Breeze Volkswagen, maintaining a presence at the service reception desk to assist customers with requests, booking in vehicles for servicing as well as liaison with the sales, parts and workshop teams so as to ensure customers are updated on the progress and completion of work.
