The Nuffield Health Excellence in Customer Service Award, in this year’s Daily and Dorset Echo-backed Dorset Business Awards, champions businesses in the region who are dedicated to being truly customer focused.
Nuffield Health Bournemouth Hospital, who sponsor the award, are encouraging customers, clients, suppliers and companies to enter the award or nominate businesses who work hard to consistently create an excellent experience for their customers and provide outstanding customer service across all of their practices.
The current holder of the Excellence in Customer Service Award is KingsWood Day Nursery and commenting on the win, owner Michelle Wood said: “2014 was the first time we had ever entered the Dorset Business Awards, in fact it was the first award we had ever entered!
“Winning the award has boosted our relationships with families at KingsWood. The recognition goes a long way for the business and for parents’ reassurance. Families feel that the relationship we have with them and their children is one which has been recognised and rewarded. The publicity which has come hand-in-hand with winning the award has generated a lot more interest in our services. New families who join us feel reassured that we have their views and opinions at the forefront of our daily practice.”
The Excellence in Customer Service Award category is open to any company which has a BH/DT postcode or is based in Dorset. The award is not restricted to any specific sized company and businesses can complete the entry themselves, or be nominated by customers, clients or suppliers but the business needs to submit the final the entry form.
