For the second year in a row, family theme park Paultons Park, which is home to the world’s first and UK exclusive Peppa Pig World has received a Certificate of Excellence award from the world’s largest travel site, TripAdvisor.

The accolade, which honours hospitality excellence, is given only to establishments that consistently achieve outstanding traveller reviews on the TripAdvisor website. Those awarded the Certificate of Excellence are located all over the world and represent the upper echelon of businesses listed on the website.

Commercial director of Paultons Park, Stephen Lorton, said: “Paultons Park is pleased to receive a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence for a second year running. To have the Park’s efforts recognised by our customers is something we are very proud of.

“As a family theme park we always strive to offer our visitors a memorable experience at Paultons Park and Peppa Pig World. We work hard to achieve a high level of customer service, so to win this award is hugely satisfying for the teams efforts.”

To qualify for the Certificate of Excellence award, businesses must maintain an overall rating of four or higher, out of a possible five, as reviewed by travellers on TripAdvisor, and must have been listed on the website for at least 12 months.

As well as being home to Peppa Pig World, Paultons Park has this year launched an exciting range of new features and attractions including the newly built dramatic front of house welcome building, the all-new ‘Wildwoods Restaurant’, the interactive Big Toy Shop, a magical Victorian carousel and the UK’s most unique learning experience for children: Professor Blast’s Learning Lab.
