Situated in Ashley Cross in Poole, Patrick’s beach barbeque banquet service takes the hassle out of DIY beach dining, providing a chef and serving staff who will cook and serve a selection of handmade salads and sides such as couscous with apricot and mint, fresh bread rolls and a choice of prime barbeque meats, including marinated tiger prawn kebabs, pork and leek sausages and spare ribs – right on the sand.
Available for parties of any size, Patrick’s beach barbeque banquets can be based at any point along the Poole and Bournemouth coastline and cost from £15.95 per person. The Patrick’s team will bring their own crockery and cutlery and clean up after the meal, leaving beachgoers to enjoy the sand and the scenery, mess-free.
Patrick’s manager, Jeni Pedley, said: “We are really excited about our new beach barbeque banquet service and have our fingers crossed that this summer will be as good as last years! We’re happy to cater for people with coeliac disease, dairy intolerances and other dietary requirements, so we’re hoping our service will make beach dining that bit more accessible for everyone.”
