Humphries Kirk, one of Dorset’s leading law firms, is hosting a one-stop shop legal event for local people on Thursday November 6, at Wareham Town Hall.
From 9am to 4pm, solicitors and legal advisors will explore a range of legal issues such as wills and intestacy, lasting powers of attorney and social service funding.
Members of the public can visit at any point throughout the day to listen to presentations or discuss a personal legal issue with one of the Humphries Kirk team.
The schedule for the day is:
9.45am – Introduction from Simon Cross, head of Humphries Kirk’s private client department
10am – Wills and Intestacy
11am – Estate Planning
12pm – Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection Matters
1pm – Administration of Estates
2pm – Social Services Funding
3pm – NHS Continuing Health Care Funding
