Nuffield Health Bournemouth Hospital has appointed two new customer service and marketing assistants to enhance its client facing service and help guide customers through the patient pathway.
After working in other departments in the Nuffield Health Bournemouth Hospital, including finance and credit control, Julie Shackle brings with her more than nine years’ experience and a deep understanding of the company to the role.
Julie says: “As this role is more customer-focussed than my previous positions, I am looking forward to meeting more people and to helping guide them through their journey at Nuffield Health from their initial enquiry. Having previously worked for the hospital for a number of years, I believe in the brand, its core values and the people that work here, who I would recommend to my family and friends, which is a true endorsement.”
Her new colleague, Debbie Taylor has also clocked up more than nine years’ experience in the health industry but as a dental receptionist/administrator.
Commenting on her new role, Debbie explains: “It was Nuffield Health’s good reputation both as an employer and a healthcare provider that attracted me to the role. I am looking forward to taking on the interesting new challenges that lie ahead for me.”
Debbie and Julie will work together within the customer service team to handle customer enquiries, quotations as well as the management of the customer education and information events.
