Nuffield Health Bournemouth Hospital has welcomed Rebecca Hudson to its management team in the newly created position of Sales and Services Manager.

The role has been introduced to ensure the patient journey continues to be of the highest standard for Nuffield Health customers as the hospital launches new services and technological advancements for Dorset.

Working alongside the core leadership team, Hospital Director David McNair, Matron Anne Richardson and Finance Director Natalie Kemp, Rebecca will manage marketing and events activities and oversee the large base of medical secretaries, as well as front of house customer services.

Rebecca brings more than 17 years’ experience to her new position, having previously worked in sales and customer care roles at a leading leisure centre and a care home.

Commenting on her new job, Rebecca said: “I’m thrilled to have this opportunity to work in a hospital that offers such exceptional facilities. I have a degree in sports science, and a passion for health and fitness. This role will enable me to use what I love and apply it to customer care and sales, while working with a dynamic and well-respected group of people.”

David McNair, Hospital Director at Nuffield Health Bournemouth, said: “We are all looking forward to working with Rebecca. She joins us at an exciting time in the hospital’s history as we are shortly due to open our new cardiac facility – the only private offering for cardiology services in and around Bournemouth.

“Expertise is at the heart of what we do, and having the right people with the right skills are critical components in the excellent service we strive to offer all our patients.”
