Tower Park-based Breeze Volkswagen has successfully completed its showroom refurbishment programme to implement a new state-of-the-art Volkswagen retail concept.
The motor dealership on Yarrow Road has upgraded all of its facilities at both the passenger car showroom and the Breeze Van Centre to ensure the highest level of service is provided to customers.
The new design brings a fresh, updated look and feel to Breeze Volkswagen and creates a bright space to display a collection of vehicles from the Volkswagen range. Customer comfort and a strong brand image was a priority in the refurbishment and new modern furniture and hospitality amenities have been added to create an upmarket feel.
There is more to the new retail concept than just replacement fittings and furnishings. A digital showroom has been incorporated into the concept, in that the showroom and sales executives have been equipped with the latest digital technology to make the customer experience as simple and enjoyable as possible.
This new technology enables Breeze Volkswagen to showcase more models, specs and equipment and provides customers with the opportunity to find the car best suited to their needs, filtering through price, fuel type, performance, efficiency, space and technologies.
