Poole-based VoIP Unlimited, a leading telecommunications provider, and Target IT Services in Bournemouth joined forces to implement a communications solution for The Work Shop recruitment firm as it faced the challenge of an office move.
With two locations, Ringwood and Poole, The Work Shop has relocated its Poole office on the Nuffield Industrial Estate to Old Wareham Road and during the office move the business telephone system ranked highly on the to-do list. In searching for a suitable telecommunications solution, The Work Shop appointed VoIP Unlimited and Target IT Services to provide recommendations and implement.
A VoIP (Voice-over-IP) solution has been put into operation as it allows the business to reduce the costs of telephone calls by using the internet. This system incorporates both company offices and the new VoIP technology, which can integrate with the company’s IT processes, offers a number of significant benefits such as scalability and flexibility, plus it also provides major cost savings and this is because a phone line is not required and the calls between branches are free of charge.
