Movember madness
Over the past month the security guards at the Dolphin shopping centre, Poole, have been growing moustaches to help raise money and awareness of men’s health issues.
To support Movember, taches of all shapes and sizes have been sprouting from the upper lips of the security team.
Matthew Spencer, security supervisor, said: “We have had a great response from shoppers keen to support our Movember fundraising campaign. Raising awareness of issues that affect men is really important to us and helps generate worthwhile funds.”
Centre manager, John Grinnell, added: “The security team’s selfless commitment to the tireless task of grooming and trimming with the aim of creating a fine moustache in aid of Movember is fantastic.
“People can continue to support these ambitious men by donating and celebrating their new found facial hair.”
All funds raised by the Dolphin shopping centre will be donated to the Movember appeal, which raises money and awareness for prostate and testicular cancer and mental health.
