X-Factor 2010 winner, Matt Cardle, is coming to Sainsburys, Talbot Heath, to help collect for the Wave 105 Cash for Kids Mission Christmas toy appeal on Tuesday December 11.

Arriving at 4.30pm Matt will perform his new single ‘It’s only Love’ live in store as well as sign copies of his new album for fans following his performance.

The Wave 105 Cash for Kids Mission Christmas toy appeal is in its fourth year, the station is asking listeners to donate new unwrapped toys for those children who wouldn’t otherwise receive a gift this festive season. The appeal is sponsored by Foresters and Snows SEAT and is in association with Sainsburys and Pickfords.

The charity team will be collecting toys until Friday December 14 and are asking people to help make a child’s Christmas special this year by dropping a present off to one of the many collection points across Dorset.

Wave 105 Cash for Kids charity manager, Gloria Hill, said: “Matt Cardle has always been a keen supporter of the charity and we are really excited that he will be performing for the crowds at Sainsbury’s, Talbot Heath. We hope that he inspires his fans to donate a new unwrapped toy, all of which will go to disadvantaged children within the region.”

Damien Fancy, Sainsburys store manager, said: “Sainsburys stores across the south are proud to once again support Wave 105 Cash for Kids Mission Christmas toy appeal. It’s great that we can help brighten up the Christmas of many children.”
