Dorset-based public relations and event management company, Liz Lean PR Ltd (LLPR) has successfully expanded its portfolio with a diverse mix of clients to include Apple Home Improvements, Hampshire Collegiate School, Summerhouse and artist Kathryn Thomas.
Home improvements company, Apple, has appointed LLPR to handle its media and public relations. Over the past twelve years, the Christchurch-based firm’s workforce has grown to more than 600, and with new showrooms opening across the south, Apple is keen to communicate wider about its achievements.
LLPR has also successfully won a competitive pitch for Romsey-based, Hampshire Collegiate School. Owned by the United Church Schools Trust, Hampshire Collegiate aims to increase awareness of its renamed Prep School which has developed significantly in recent years. LLPR will work alongside the School’s marketing team on a broad programme of activities from focus groups to editorial generation, marketing campaigns and a series of events.
For more than 20 years, Summerhouse, an integrated marketing communications agency, has worked with a number of well-known local brands, such as Haskins, Hobbycraft and the BSO. LLPR has been appointed to run a proactive public relations campaign with the ultimate aim being to deliver positive media coverage and manage awareness of the business across the region.
Established artist Kathryn Thomas has appointed LLPR to heighten awareness of her longest exhibition ‘Kathryn Thomas Shining Lights 2012’ from Sunday May 6 to Monday June 4. Having relocated from Bristol to Poole, Kathryn’s studio will be open every day from 11am to 7pm for the public to view her new collection of oil paintings, inspired by the local area. LLPR will manage the media relations and social media campaign surrounding the exhibition.
