One partner and four team members at Dorset and Somerset law firm Humphries Kirk are set to take part in an extreme abseil challenge at Dorchester Fire Station on Saturday October 17 to raise funds for Action for Children.

Anita Apperley, Howard Yarnold, Gemma Wall, Juliette Foote and Stephanie McCulloch based in the Dorchester office of Humphries Kirk will climb up a smoke filled tower and abseil down 70ft through smoke and icy water blasts.

Howard Yarnold, partner at Humphries Kirk, said: “The team and I are really looking forward to the challenge – we are all quite active and wanted to do something fun for a good cause.”

The team aim to raise funds for Action for Children, a charity which helps the young and vulnerable.
