Hamworthy Heating appoints new marketing manager Julie Shaw

Hamworthy Heating in Poole is attracting new talent to the area by appointing Hampshire-based Julie Shaw as marketing manager.

Having previously worked for Thomas Cook, Barclaycard and Mencap, Julie brings with her 20 years of marketing experience to the position.

One of the key objectives of her role is to deliver a new customer facing website to the building services engineers, consultants and contractors up and down the country that use Hamworthy Heating.

Commenting on her new position, Julie says: “I was attracted to the role as it encompasses a wide range of different areas and projects, including the digital communications element. It’s also a really interesting and diverse sector to work in. Hamworthy Heating helps both public and private sector businesses to lower their energy costs and improve their carbon footprint, including cathedrals, football clubs, hotels, schools and hospitals.”

Julie adds: “The team here at Hamworthy Heating are very engaging to work with and I am looking forward to the challenges that lie ahead.”

Andy Moore, managing director at Hamworthy Heating, comments: “We are delighted to welcome a person of Julie’s considerable experience to the team and are looking forward to working with her to the benefit of our staff and clients alike.”
