Shoppers in Poole are set for good health as the Dolphin Shopping Centre has announced the opening of its latest retailer Holland & Barrett.
The health food chain has opened in mall one, opposite Beales department store, and is stocking nutritional food including; fruit, nuts, seeds, cereals and vegetarian foods as well as a variety of vitamins, minerals, supplements, toiletries, confectionery and sports nutrition.
Earlier this year the firm announced its plans to open more shops across the UK and to roll-out its click and collect proposition to complement its growing internet presence.
Commenting on the new store, centre manager John Grinnell said: “Holland & Barrett is the latest store in an on-going plan for the Dolphin Centre to attract new brands to Poole. Due to the rise in campaigns about the risks of too much sugar, salt and meat, it is important we follow the increased consumer interest in healthy products and offer shoppers more variety in terms of free-from foods and paraben-free beauty.”
Holland & Barrett’s head of brand Emma Hobbs added: “We are really excited to have opened our new shop in the Dolphin Shopping Centre and to welcome the people of Poole in store to show them the new concept areas and the latest products in the health food, beauty and sports categories.”
