The Dolphin Shopping Centre is calling on young archaeology enthusiasts to join in on its free summer event, ‘The Mini Poolaentologists’, taking place on Saturday 16 and Sunday 17 August.
The fun, educational event will take over the centre for one weekend, where a team of dedicated actors will set up an archaeologist site and encourage youngsters to help dig for fossils.
As well as mini sand pits there will be an array of fun and engaging activities on offer. Children will have the opportunity go on an adventure to discover the hidden secrets of the Dolphin Shopping Centre and be interviewed by a roving reporter for ROAR TV, a mock television station, on their findings.
The event will take place on both days from 11am to 4pm on the ground floor unit next to Thorntons.
