David Gray and X Factor contestant, Ella Henderson, are the final two acts confirmed to play at this year’s Wave 105 Live!

The British singer-songwriters will take to the stage at the Bournemouth International Centre on Saturday May 31 to join an all-star line-up of acts including Paloma Faith, Level 42, Pixie Lott, Ashley Roberts, The Pierces and Peter Andre.

Gray released his first studio album in 1993 and received worldwide attention after the release of his best-selling album ‘White Ladder’ six years later. After a four year hiatus, David Gray is back with his 10th album entitled ‘Mutineers’.

X Factor singer, Ella Henderson, marks her arrival at Wave 105 Live! with the release of her debut single, ‘Ghost’. Ella was the youngest X Factor finalist in 2012 and was a strong favourite to win. She has since signed to Simon Cowells’ Syco Music and is hotly tipped for worldwise success.

Keith Penny, Wave 105 Live! event director, said: “We are delighted with the final line-up for this year’s Wave 105 Live!

“It’s a family event and we feel that there is an act for everyone to enjoy. We reflect the fact that we play ‘The South’s Best Variety of Hits’, with a line up featuring acts from the 80’s, 90’s and noughties, current international stars and the stars of tomorrow. We produce the event like a live TV show, so there is always something going on and plenty of surprises. It really is unique and is sure to be yet another superb evening.”

Wave 105 Live! is a live music event produced and hosted by the popular regional radio station and is back for the fourth year running, with the previous three shows selling out.
