Patrick’s Restaurant, Bar and Event Catering is hosting the biannual charity Golf Day in aid of The Royal Marines Charitable Trust Fund on Tuesday October 8 at Remedy Oak Golf Club.
The day will begin at 9am with bacon baps and coffee to fuel the golfers. Not for the faint hearted, a shotgun start will signal tee off at 10am and teams of four will compete for the Patrick’s Golf Trophy.
Pat Michael, owner of Patrick’s, says: “Our golf days always prove popular with local businesses and customers. It’s a great opportunity to take part in some healthy competition, enjoy good food and have lots of fun while showing support for The Royal Marines and the amazing work they do.”
After a three course, evening meal in the relaxing surroundings of Patrick’s in Ashley Cross, prizes will be presented for the longest drive, nearest the pin and first second and third teams.
Tickets are priced at £80 per person or £30 for Remedy Oak golf club members. Go to www.patricksrestaurants.co.uk for more information or call 07890 441317 to book a place. As places are limited, sign up early to avoid disappointment.
Open every day from 10am, Patrick’s serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and provides a friendly atmosphere to eat, drink and socialise with work colleagues, friends and family.
