Wave 105 is once again giving children of the south the chance to be a Weatherkid.
Open to any child in school year one or above, the selected children will read the weather on Simon Clarke’s daily afternoon show at 3.30pm and become an official Wave 105 Weatherkid. A different child is chosen for each day of the week.
Simon Clarke said: “Children don’t have to be a weather expert to enter as we help with what to say and what parent wouldn’t want to hear their child on the radio?”.
Each Wave 105 Weatherkid will receive a MP3 recording, a certificate, badge and limited edition “Weatherkid on board” sign for the family car.
