On Saturday June 30, the chairman of the Isle of Wight council, Cllr Susan Scoccia, officially opened the new Apple Home Improvements showroom.
With showrooms throughout the south, the company identified Newport as a prime retail site for its new Green Energy Centre.
Founded in 2000, Apple Home Improvements is continuing to grow, bringing 30 new jobs to the Island.
Andy Downes, operations manager at Apple Home Improvements, says: “We are delighted to be branching out across the water to Newport and are looking forward to working together with the Island residents on their home improvements.

Located on the High Street, the showroom is open Monday to Saturday from 9am to 6pm and offers the full range of Apple Home Improvement products, including windows, doors, conservatories, solar energy, driveways, fascias, soffits and guttering.
