Luxury care home provider, Primetower which runs The Links in Broadstone and The Lindsay in Poole, has connected with Liveability Holton Lee to enable residents to create weekly garden projects to aid wellbeing.
A group of residents from both care homes visited the discovery centre at Holton Lee in July, and took part in garden activities.
Gigy Johnson, manager at the Links, said: “At Primetower, we embrace a person-centred philosophy with the aim of giving our residents opportunities to try new activities or re-ignite former hobbies.
“Holton Lee is a wonderful place set in 350 acres of tranquil Dorset countryside and we notice first-hand the positive benefits experiencing this environment has on our residents.”
