Portsmouth-based Breeze Volkswagen fought-off stiff competition against other Volkswagen Repair Centres across England, to become the highest scoring repair centre for customer satisfaction.
In a survey commissioned by Volkswagen, customers who took their commercial vehicle to Breeze Portsmouth from July 1 to September 31, 2014, for servicing and repairs were asked to rate the staff and dealership as a whole on how well they provided customer service.
Results showed that Breeze Volkswagen’s Van Repair Centre in Portsmouth scored the highest out of 24 official Volkswagen dealerships in England. Reviews included: “Good communication, friendly and reliable”, “they kept me informed all the time and they stuck to their word, all the work was top notch”, “the staff were professional and made sure I got the right service.”
The Breeze dealership on the Portfield Industrial Estate achieved a 9.95 score out of a possible 12. Chris Tout, service manager, commented: “Winning this award is a great achievement for our staff who have been working incredibly hard since we opened 18 months ago, but even more so in the last eight months. The Breeze philosophy is focused on looking after our customers and making sure that they are supported through the full buying journey. Many of our commercial customers come to us via a direct recommendation from a friend which is the highest accolade for us.
“We have excellent team morale and work well together. We have managed to win awards in 2013 and 2014 at Portsmouth and to be entered into the annual awards for 2014 would be the icing on the cake to finish the year off.”
The Breeze Volkswagen Van Repair Centre provides an aftersales service, repairs, warranty and MOT facility. The aftersales centre features four service bays, housing the latest Volkswagen technology, and provides commercial vehicle customers with all levels of servicing, repairs, warranty, parts and accessories and MOT’s six days a week.
The dealership has also been entered into Volkswagen’s annual awards ceremony in February.
