Tapper Funeral Service has agreed to continue its support for the Dolphin Indoor Bowls Club for a second year.
The sponsorship from the local funeral company means the bowling club can purchase new bowls for the junior section plus help with the longevity of the club’s quarterly members’ newsletter.
Joint managing director of Tapper Funeral Service, Steven Tapper, said: “We are pleased to be able to help contribute to local sport and in particular the Dolphin Indoor Bowls Club, it’s an invaluable asset to the community.”
The Dolphin Indoor Bowls Club has more than 1,000 members, with their youngest member just 10-years-old and their oldest member 94-years-old.
Dave Porter, club manager at Dolphin Indoor Bowls Club, added: “We are delighted to partner with Tapper Funeral Service for a second year; it’s a privilege to be associated with a long-established firm.”
