Beales “Girls Night Out” fashion show events

Objective

To create brand awareness through an ongoing programme of fashion shows twice a year, each spring and winter.

Target audience

Beales existing client bank, drawing in new customers through alternative marketing communications, such as magazine advertising and feature articles on the seasons fashion trends which can be spotted at the show.

Summary of the event

Beales is an evening event, exclusive to ticket holders.The event starts at 6pm when the doors open to a reception of champagne and canapés. Guests can explore the store and be treated to mini manicures, make overs, personal stylish sessions, live entertainment on each floor and huge exclusive in-store discounts. At 7.30pm the crowds make their way to the 4th floor where the fashion show kicks off with full lighting and sound production, professional London models, and special guests which have included dancers and live performances from X-factor contestants.

Outcome

The show sells out each and every time, weeks ahead of the show.The demo-graphics of the audience has evolved over the years, with younger age groups engaging with the brand which supports the more trendy/preppy concessions in store.
